About GivingTuesday
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past nine years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give. GivingTuesday strives to build a world in which the catalytic power of generosity is at the heart of the society we build together, unlocking dignity, opportunity and equity around the globe.

Using the power of song for a better future
A New Song is a charity (tax ID: 852049604) dedicated to using the power of music to unite, inspire and give strength to people from all walks of life.
What have we accomplished?
Our campaigns have reached over fifty-thousand people across the USA. Here is some feedback that we have received: "Thanks so much A New Song for sharing your song, it really touched my heart". "Thanks for expressing something that I've wanted to say myself". "Beautiful words and music, I was inspired to share it with my children".
Your donation enables us to promote our music throughout the USA, as well as to support our ongoing efforts to reach those in need of inspiration. Current projects focus on those incarcerated in prison. Music is such an incredible tool. Let's use it for good! I encourage anyone and everyone to listen to our songs and choose to help support our worthy cause.
What's coming next?
In 2023, we look forward to continuing this important work by expanding our mission. Our plans include visiting more communities to spread a message of positivity, good will, and connection, as well as seeking, encouraging, and recognizing additional artists whose work is in line with our mission.
What are we not? We are not missionaries or proselytizers. We are not political, nor are we a movement. We are just some regular people who want to put positivity into the world and have chosen music as the medium.
